TABLE OF CONTENTS

Note: Before you begin, please have your 'COPP Email Address' and 'Password' readily available.

1. Login: Go to COPP Portal.

2. Ellipses: Click on the 'Ellipses' located on the top left-hand corner.

3. OneDrive: Click on 'OneDrive'.

4. Add New: Click on 'Add New' located in the top-left corner.

5. File Upload: Once you have clicked on 'Add New', click on 'File Upload'.

6. Open: Select the file you would like to upload and click on 'Open'.

7. Saved: Cross check to see if the file has been successfully saved on your 'OneDrive'.

8. Share: Click on the 'Share' icon located in between the three ellipse and star icons.

9. Email Address: Type in the name of the 'Supervisor' in the search bar and select the supervisor's profile. Click on the dropdown to the select the option 'Can't Download'.

10. Settings: Click on the 'Settings' icon next to 'Copy link'.

11. Enable Settings: Click on 'People you Choose' and click on 'Apply'. 

12. Send: Once you have enabled all the essential security settings click on 'Send'.

13. Open: The recipient will receive an email with the option to view the shared file and can view the file by clicking on 'Open'.
